August

Some pics from the month of August (yes, I'm a little behind, sorry!):

Cool man Trent :) Just hanging out on the porch while Gentry "mows" the front yard.

Trent rolled over for the first time: August 2, 2011!!

Here he goes!

Trent playing in his exersaucer for the first time. He LOVES it!

Gentry decided the exersaucer was the perfect place for him to play as well. Silly kid!

Trent's ready for wedding season. He's been to 4 weddings this summer!

Gentry was first in line for a cupcake from the wedding "cake"

Trent hanging out in the kitchen while Mommy cooks dinner. Notice the fingers in the mouth and the other hand holding his ear?

My boys hanging out during Hurricane Irene. I love these guys! I'm so blessed.

Happy little man after church.

Here's the process of Trent rolling over. He's become a pro. He even uses his feet to steer himself.
Still holding on to one foot.
Almost there!
Yay! So proud of himself :)
Rolling is officially his mode of transportation...for now.

July Fun

July was quite a busy month. We started the month our with a quick trip to Yorktown, VA for Trent's baptism (see previous post). The day we got back from that trip, my friend Chari, who I used to teach with back in VA, came to visit for a few days. Gentry really enjoyed all the extra attention. Next up was the Waagner Family Reunion. We were so excited that the reunion was at Topsail Island which just happens to be 5 minutes from our new house!
Gentry being silly with Daddy.

The Waagner brothers and sisters at their best :)
We are so blessed to have such a happy baby. Always smiling :)
Gentry showing up his shades before heading to the beach.
Uh oh, are we going to have a thumb sucker on our hands?? Let's hope not!

Building up those neck muscles, but still smiling.
Getting to be a strong boy!

I love how it looks like Gentry is telling Trent something important and Trent is listening intently.

My sweet boys :)

This is what happens when Gentry wakes up at 5 a.m. This particular day, Daddy got up with him and when I came down for my "shift" this is what I found: Daddy sleeping and Gentry making a mess.

Trent with 'Aunt' Chari.

Building all those neck muscles is hard work! Poor thing needed a rest.
